Over 20 years of success in executive search and human resources with technology start-ups, public corporations and large consulting firms. She has held senior level recruiting positions at CGEY, Accenture and Radiant Systems. Vicki’s experience spans a variety of industries including healthcare, professional services, technology, financial services, start ups and telecommunications.


Vicki is known and respected for her tenacity, attention to detail, integrity and for the results she delivers. Throughout her career, Vicki has successfully recruited senior level executives, redeveloped and refined the company’s recruiting strategy and implemented process improvements to shorten the recruiting cycle.

Vicki’s success in corporate recruiting and human resources encouraged her to found her current firm, Z=mc². Vicki now leverages her years of experience and success in corporate recruiting and human resources to help her clients nationwide to achieve similar results. Vicki is also one of a handful of Certified Retention Specialist (CERS) in the United States.

Donna Skunda

 

Over 25 years in the retained executive search industry with responsibility for a wide range of searches and related duties including training staff. 

Her Master’s in Education and previous teaching experience provides her with a solid foundation that has enabled her to develop recruitment strategies across a range of disciplines and industries.

 

Donna has successfully completed searches for middle and senior level executives in companies ranging from start ups to Fortune 500 companies.

She has experience with the following industries and functions:  pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, electronics, consumer products, industrial products, general management, marketing, sales, engineering, finance and operations.

Bill Gelderman is a Certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst, a Certified Attribute Index Analyst, and also holds certifications in the renowned TriMetrix and DNA Systems. These certifications have been awarded by Target Training International Ltd., the world leader of fully validated computerized assessments. 

Bill
works with business owners, leaders, and managers to develop highly effective leadership, staff, and sales selection solutions. Clients consistently experience reduced time-to-hire, focusing on those candidates most worthy of the client’s time and attention. Taking much of the guesswork out of the selection process provides valuable time to focus on other revenue generating activities, improving overall productivity.
